Now I'm not saying that the guy behind the desk at Santander was lying to me - but if they'd have tried to phone me, either I'd have a missed call, or they'd have noticed their system failing - it's not like appointment cancellation calls are automated or anything. I doubt they made any effort to contact me at all, and trying to pin the blame on me for the waste of my time is just insulting.

I have now been to four branches, spoken to six people, and been to one booked appointment, and Santander are still unable to tell me how much of my money they are holding. This doesn't sit well with me.

I'm moving over to comicpress as my system to upload comics. The layout is a bit nicer, and it's actually possible to centre the comic image. Also there's a commenting system for those people who want to make horrible jokes about my horrible jokes. Head on over and give it a look!
